The creamy shade and its textures infuses harmony and glow.  Guatambu is known for its hardness and close grain which makes it exceptionally resistant to marks and tears.  These properties and its special lustre make it suitable for public or commercial settings as well as for domestic use.

Density : 800kg/m3 (heavy wood)

Compression Strength: 620kg/cm2 (medium high strength)

Static Flexion: Yielding Point 1300/1400kg/cm2 ( high resistance)

Dimension Stability: Good—if well kiln dried
